Thomas L Blair, former member of the West Street Residents’ Council and the Hertford Civic Society, illustrates many places, people and events of equal interest to Hertford people and indeed those who will seek to recreate the past that is the present. Prof Blair has judged and presented the Society’s architectural and design awards, and his town photographs have won mention and exhibition in the BBC Photo Competition.
