  • Hello Clare, Thankyou for contacting me with information on the Biggs family. Unfortunately I have no knowledge of the earlier members of the family – sorry I cannot help you. Geoff Webb

  • It has come to light after researching my family tree that some of my ancestors are the Biggs family from Redbourn – agricultural labourers in the 1800’s. My particular relative is Thomas Bigg(s) who was born circa 1826 married to Emma Messenger and his father was Daniel born in 1801 married to Sarah. I just wondered if you had any information about this family – not sure if they are related to the family you have written about but it was worth a try! I really look forward to hearing from you and thank you for your time. Regards. Clare
