Sept. 5th, 1929 was an important day at Flamsteadbury Farm, Redbourn when the new International Harvester-Thresher was used for the first time.  The tractor driver is Arthur ‘Arpy’ Halsey with his young assistant Ralph Reading, and the combine operator is Ted Hall.
