My father Les Fuller spent many happy years at Cumberland House from around 1958 until 1971 when he was transferred, by way of promotion to another area. He never lost sight of the fact that he worked in an historic building with such a fascinating history and the undoubted bonus of a panoramic view of the Common from his office which he coveted. So sad to see CH having lapsed into such a state of decay. Dad, if alive today, would be so upset
