Percy Jarman, owner of P. Jarman High Street, Redbourn builders was noted as an enthusiast of early cars. Top picture shows him with one of his first Wolseley Stalite cars in the mid 1920's. Lower photograph shows him with his later model of the Stalite c.1928. His wife Ethel is on the right with a friend whose name is unknown.
