Hayden 'Sonny' King lived at Bell Yard, off Lamb Lane, Redbourn, and is seen here standing in the Avenue, with North Common in the background. Hayden was involved with the Redbourn football team in the 1930s, which had numerous successes in local Cup competitions - they are winners medals on Hayden's watch chain.
