The Rev. Richardson was the Minister at the Congregational Chapel at Fish Street, Redbourn for several years in the second half of the nineteenth century.
Rev. John Osborne (right) was also a Minister at the Congregational Chapel at about the same time. In later life he was connected with the Tabernacle Chapel in Crown Street.
