These two well-known Wesleyans, Flo Dayton and Ethel Abbott, are seen near the Chapel at North Common, Redbourn.
Flo lived at Shepherds Row, Redbourn, while Ethel lived at the family home, Beesnest Cottages, Redbourn. Later Ethel lived as a companion to Sarah 'Sally' Coles at East Common.
