A visit to the zoo

Today we visited the zoo. It proved to be a wonderful opportunity to see some of our favourite characters from “Madagascar” including zebras, giraffes, lions, hippos, penguins and lemurs. We were lucky enough to see baby lemurs and a baby hippo too.
It was a great day, but as it rained most of the time, we were glad to get home and dry off.
