Madagascan wide game

Day 3

City rap

Brownies have different sixes on pack holiday which are picked for the theme. Our sixes for Madagascar were Jungle and City.  The sixes competed against each other in the wide game, which is a series of challenges that take place over one day.

Challenge 1 – find hidden letters in the wood which form the name of a character from Madagascar

Challenge 2 – a scavenger hunt to find natural items that begin with letters that make up the word MADAGASCAR

Challenge 3 – a quiz where all the answers could be found in an information book about Africa

Challenge 4 – make up a rap about the jungle and perform it with instruments

After each challenge the sixes each earned a piece of a puzzle which was a clue to the location of Melman who was lost in the bedroom.

The scores at the end of the game were Jungle 16 and City 14

Well done to both sixes for taking part in the challenges with enthusiasm and working well together in teams
