My Life

 

Now I have put it all together,
and found the missing piece,
in the creation of my jigsaw,
with a wife who saved my life,
and two children, who each
face a similar puzzle to solve,
with the synthesis of a mum
and dad, two opposites that
were attracted to produce
the pieces of life that nature
created, with a life span less
than some trees, who also have
roots that determine their stay
in the world as we unfold and
learn where to fit all the pieces
to complete the picture of life.
