Love in the time of Covid

 

Anniversary card

After meeting at a wedding in London and a few years of an international relationship, myself and my partner suddenly found ourselves in lockdown in Hertfordshire, due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

We quickly developed an ‘at home’ routine – remote working, fruit and vegetables maintenance in the garden, shop foraging, helping others where we could, exercising around the local green spaces, reading and getting our online culture fix. During this time, we also celebrated a birthday and our anniversary, hence the card in the photo which reflects the surreal nature of these times.
