I remember this it was held on the common between Fish Street and Lybury Lane. The roast wonderful and filled the air with great a aroma. The traction engine in the background I thought was Stathams engine (they had the garage in Hempstead Road opp St. Mary’s Church). You can see the Cricketers pub in the background.
