Anna Peake (left) and her sister Gertrude lived at the family home, Cumberland House on Redbourn Common, before moving to ‘The Heath’. The sisters later moved to ‘Heybrigge’ nearby.
Gertrude is seen while serving as a nurse in World War 1, and in later life became a Justice of the Peace.
