Harry Tingey lived at Fish Street, Redbourn, and his home at the rear shows the open half door that was once a beer house.  

His son Ernest stands at the back of the cart when this photograph was taken c.1903.  

In the background can be seen the Congregational Chapel (now Christ Church).
