We’ve been unable to identify where these two lovely-looking churches are located.  If you know them, we’d be delighted to hear from you.

  • The other one is Little Wymondley (one of many churches in Herts dedicated to St Mary). Best wishes,

  • Hi Nick! Glad to be able to help on this occasion. The second of the two churches is that of St. Mary and St. Andrew in Watton at Stone. I have an almost identical picture in colour – a postcard. The road pattern has now been substantially altered, incorporating a mini roundabout, and a war memorial – not in view in this picture – was relocated a short distance to the right on the church side of the High Street.

  • Can I suggest you submit your church photographs to the flicker group: http://www.flickr.com/groups/mysterychurch/ The members there are very good at finding locations
