Here are just a few of the archive items that have inspired me so far.

I will make a chatelaine that relates to some of the objects and stories in the archive.

If only I could read the hand writing! I thought it said ‘Granny is furious with your strings of gerkins’! It was ‘strings of questions’… Of course!

I intend to incorporate some of the text from personal letters in the archive into the final piece, so far I have used red wire to form the text.

I am experimenting with light and projection.

I intend to incorporate, archive paper and hair into the dress.
