Hitchin town square has many shops to visit and buy. There are very different shops .e.g book shops, video shops and key shops! There are quite alot of cafes in Hitchin town square.

• Halseys

Many people go to Hitchin to shop or visit the church, the name for this church is St. Mary’s Church. Some people go to the lake outside the church to feed the swans and birds!
