Metcalf Rovers were my local team that I watched as a young lad and were my heroes. The team played at the back of where I lived. Metcalf were a powerful team that often beat teams of a higher league.
My brother Jimmy Sutton played on the left wing.
My father, John Tyler is one of the Metcalf players pictured. It was lovely to see his photo and I was wondering if there is a way to obtain a copy. Sue Driver
