The days shorten, the trees show their structures and lockdown two continues.

After all the rain recently, River Rib just manages to squeeze under the bridge on Ware Park Road.

The cedar tree in the grounds of the old Bengeo House continues to spread oblivious of all the problems of the world.

    Marilyn Taylor who knows most about the history of Bengeo, says:
    In the photo of the fire 120 odd years ago it looks much the same as now.
    The house grew and grew from the 1700s and possibly earlier…
    That’s the best we can do!
