The Geoff Webb Collection

This collection of photographs of Redbourn and its people has been put together by Geoff Webb:
'The collection was started when villagers let me copy their photographs, and then collect details from them for the captions. This contact was made easier as my family had run the dairy business in Redbourn for well over 100 years, thus enabling us to know most of the villagers and their families quite intimately.
'With well over 4500 pictures, and still growing, the collection is a record of village life in Redbourn spanning around 130 years.'

Having viewed the website pictures, if anyone would like to talk to me about Redbourn families, I will be only too pleased.  You can contact me through the Herts Memories website, or through Redbourn Village Museum.  The Museum is located on Redbourn Common next to the Cricketers Public House and is open Saturday and Sunday from 2 - 5p.m.
