Beauty in Nature

Judith Duddle

Life under lockdown for me means that I spend most of my time at home. I’m a keen amateur photographer, normally taking mostly landscape and other outdoor photography for which opportunites are limited at the moment. I was luck enough to win a macro lens for my camera last autumn and I’ve embraced this opportunity to really get to know how to use it.

If you had asked me at the begining of the year, I would never have guessed that I would become mostly a flower photographer! I’ve decided to make a collection of images of flowers that I find in and around the garden which I will have printed and make into a book to mark this time in my life. Here are a small sample. Appreciating the simple beauty in nature feels very theraputic.
