The Little Things (part 3)

As well as all the lockdown baking we have been doing, we have started to experiment with small scale indoor horticulture; we are trying to grow celery and lettuce from the stumps of what we have eaten. To our surprise our vegetables have started to sprout (though I doubt they will ever be big enough to actually eat!). My embroidered cupboard also has a new vegetable – a beaded sweetcorn.
