I am researching the history of Walnut Tree House, known locally as Halsey Hall, the Masonic Centre.
I have the Masonic history, but I am looking for local stories/memories as the centre has been used for many other events over the years. During WW2 it was used by the army and medical personnel, there was a first aid station there too.
